DETERRENT THE ONLINE PROGRAMME

This is a 12-Week Programme with 3 sessions per week designed to develop General Physical Preparation for Combat Athletes. Athletes will build Strength, Power, Movement Competency and Resilience across key injury sites.

What’s Included:

  • 12 Week Training Log (Monitored by DDW Coaches)

  • Programme Breakdown PDF (Session to session breakdowns, Testing and Re-testing guides, Variable Loading System and more)

  • Hyperlinked Exercise Library (With video demonstrations and coaching cues)

  • Monthly 1:1 Check-Ins With A DDW Coach

This is a Gym-Based S&C Programme designed based on equipment found across most public gyms. In order to complete the full programme athletes must have access to the following:

  • Squat Rack

  • Barbell

  • Trap Bar

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • Landmine Attachment

  • Cable Machine

  • Small Step

  • Plyo-Box

  • Adjustable Bench

  • Med Balls

  • Wall You Can Slam Against!!
